Data collection

Back in 30 collects personal data of the students that are taking yoga classes at Back in 30 (the “Students”), in order to keep a file of its members, for the exercising of payment orders, and for the administration of issued Back in 30. Back in 30 shall be careful while collecting these data and will always comply with the applicable Data Protection Act (Wet Bescherming Persoonsgegevens).
Back in 30 will also use the personal data as mentioned above to keep the Students informed about Back in 30’ activities, and possible changes in, e.g., the class schedule. If the Student does not want to receive any communication from Back in 30, he can opt-out by sending an e-mail to: The Student is informed that in such a case he may not be able to make use of all Back in 30’s services and products.
Without prior written consent, Back in 30 will never transfer any personal data of the Students to a third party.

Changes or removal of data

At the Student’s request, Back in 30 will correct, add, remove or cover the collected data of the Student. This may result in the Student no longer being able to use (part of) the services or products of Back in 30. At any time, the Student can request Back in 30 to give him information about which of his personal data are being processed. A request can be emailed to
